Republican presidential candidate Jeb Bush just doesn’t know when to quit. Despite an awful performance at the most recent debate, floundering poll numbers and being publicly called-out by GOP frontrunner Donald Trump, Bush is still fighting to become President of the United States.

Once seen as a serious contender, Bush’s poll numbers have tanked and his fundraising figures have dried up.

Now, the former Florida Governor has launched the “Jeb Can Fix It” tour, and he has also released an e-book that exposes his more personal side. Bush is hopeful that his tour and e-book will be able to help turn around his campaign. The Republican will give a speech in Tampa, FL on Monday to begin the process.

Bush reportedly plans to present himself as a proven problem-solver who has what it takes to “fix” America. He also plans to reject “competing pessimisms” from other politicians, such as those from President Barack Obama.

After his stay in Tampa, Bush will then head to South Carolina to spread his message. Then he will go on a three day long bus tour in New Hampshire.

Meanwhile, Bush’s e-book is a 730 page affair that is being called “Reply All”. The e-book consists of a compilation of many email exchanges that Bush had during his time as governor. The book covers everything from Bush working to achieve tax cuts to his ordeal with the hurricanes that plagued the state. It is unlikely that the book will see a hard copy release.

A major topic for Bush will be that of immigration. The issue has been popular this election cycle ever since Donald Trump promised to build a massive wall along the U.S.-Mexico border and deport 11 million illegal immigrants. Bush says that he wants to enforce immigration, but he does not plan to go after immigrants who are working hard to contribute to America.

Jeb Bush was Florida’s governor from 1999 until 2007.
