Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil (melted)
- 1 egg
- Makes 8-10 pancakes
Directions
Mix the wet ingredients together in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, mix together the dry ingredients. Once mixed well, combine the wet and dry ingredients together. Add blueberries or other fruits in desired. Spray the griddle or skillet with cooking spray. Cook over medium heat for3-5 minutes on each side, flipping when bubbles appear. Top with syrup and enjoy!
